In 2018, John Wyborn identified a market need for a premier, second-tier turbine service provider dedicated to surpassing customer expectations with skilled, safety-first teams, while simultaneously focusing on cost efficiency, timeliness, and enhanced profitability for clients. With 25+ years in the power generation sector and training from leading OEMs Alstom and ABB, John founded MACH2T to realise this vision.
Starting as a solo Technical Field Advisor to Australia's energy giants, MACH2T has expanded its expertise to include cutting-edge gas leak detection for heavy industries, utilizing Distran's ATEX-certified ultrasound technology, and becoming the Australian distributor.
Renowned for exceptional customer service and built on a solid reputation, MACH2T is poised for future growth, venturing into fabrication, manufacturing, and product innovation in 2024.
